I sleep too much. I don't have an active lifestyle. I feel laziness on doing any work. I do not feel energetic and feel less energy in my body. Mostly, I wake up at 8.00 and go to college at 8.30. Usuaaly I skip breakfast and eat fast food in canteen.Then came back from college at 2 pm. Then if I wish, I eat lunch otherwise it gets skip and I go for sleep for about 2-3 hours. Then I use mobile etc. And do dinner at 9-11 pm and go to sleep. What should I do? And I think too much about one of my female friends. This causes me frustration and irritation.

DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST. HAVE GOOD AMOUNT OF HEALTHY BREAKFAST AND YOU WILL FEEL ENERGETIC. JOIN A GYMNASIUM. THAT WILL KEEP YOUR MIND AWAY FROM STRAY THINGS. GOOD LUCK.
