Loosing weight is not a passive process and not one day process.
According to my opinion, go to physiotherapist for exercise part specially focussing over parts need to be burned up fat and along with that diet is also having crucial role .so consult dietician also.
As per my view , to loose 10 kgs in gradual manner ,it takes around 5 to 6 months.
