I an 25 years old trying to conceive a baby Almost 3 years no period after i use pills. Possibly that my period can come back.

Hi, USG abdomen and Thyroid profiles are necessary to rule out PCID/PCOS or any thryroid abnormalities. Also check ur AMH levels along with husband’s semen analysis.
