My periods are 6 day late. I check pregnancy test but that is negetive .i have lower abdominal pain which medicine should i eat to get my periods

Don’t have anything. If you take medicines your periods will be delayed by 10-12 more days. Cramps could indicate that you are about to menstruate. Wait for another week
