Your symptoms aren't suggestive of pregnancy but you can do a urine pregnancy test with the 1st sample of urine from morning used to get accurate results. I would advise you to visit the ER so you can be assessed physically and undergo further investigations such as CBC, Thyroid profile, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, etc. The underlying cause should be found and treated accordingly.
