Dear sir/madam, I'm married before 4mnths we would like to have baby.. But the sperms came out as soon as when he removes his penis after our intercourse.. What to do? Is there any possibilities to get pregnant? And at what day the intercourse to be stop before periods??? Suggest me please Thanks in advance....

Nice of you to clear your doubt regarding intercourse.
After intercourse it is natural to leak little bit of semen.
Both of you should not use any lubrication and after ejaculation you have to lie down in the same position for 30 min ,.and wash that area after 45 min.
If the whole semen is coming out you have to consult a gynaecologist.
