Hello.. I m 29 now I m carrying 7 weeks 5 days pregnant.. With triplets but one baby has no Heart beat... Another two is good.. Some time I feel bleeding... Spotting (brown) Dr said it is normal ... I m scared pls help me they have Gaven pause injection nd tab too

Yes its normal , specially if one s non viable

Just take rest and continue with your pregnancy support medications.
