About pregnancy

do you have regular periods? If period is regular then you should know about your fertile period. it's your probable time of ovulation. If your period is once every 28 to 30 days then your fertile period is from day 10 to day 18 of your cycle. you should start counting from the first day of bleeding as day1 of your period. you should have intercourse almost daily in the fertile period and you shouldn't wash the semen after contact. start talking folic acid B12 tablets daily.
