About rabies
Today I had a small wound in my hand and a street dog came and licked the wounded place. Does vaccination is needed?? I had already vaccinated about 7 years ago

If the wound was fresh without scar and blood contact wasn't there, I don't think there's any need to get vaccinated again.
But if you're in doubt about the blood contact, don't take chances and get yourself vaccinated again. And keep an eye on that dog as well.
