Sometimes I get wet dreams that semen comes out of my penile so my doubt is that will semen or sperm will stuck or clog inside penile.sometimes I do maaturbate but pass urine it satisfies me 50-50.what can I do.i don't have any problem kindly clear my doubt.

No. Urine and semen has same way to pass in last ways. It doesn't allow semen to clog
