Can i take vitamin d3 60000 iu only single tab for month
is it safe to consume only one tab for a month and i don't know whether i have deficiency or not but i just want to take it as a supplement

Do you have any symptoms like bodyache, joint pain, easily fatiguability etc. If no then its advicable not to take any medication without a doctor's consultation. You should get evaluated
