Don't ignore symptoms like Vaginal bleeding and pain in abdomen in third trimester. Do ultrasound at regular intervals. 28 weeks /32 weeks / 36 weeks. Take proper preconception counselling and treatment. After 3 months  Do ultrasound pelvis on  5 th day of menses, do thrombophilia profile (blood test) and hysteroscopy before conception. Avoid exercise travelling stress in pregnancy.
