Ac Joint And Spin Pain
I am experiencing A.C joint pain in my left shoulder for more than 6 months and diagnosed with 11% uric acid and arthritis (MRI). I have started taking febustat for the last 20 days and my uric acid level came to control (3.5%) and I have controlled my eat and alcohol consumption . There is no improvement in my shoulder joint pain but actually got worsen as my entire spinal cord is also paining in addition. It's paining for the entire day dispite the pain is bearable I couldnt work in office and couldn't workout... What actions should be taken Doctor pls help me

You can try intrarticular anaesthetic injection, that should give you some relief if you have AC arthritis secondary to gout or any pathology. If that gives you relief, you can try intrarticular depoprednisolone injection. Last resort for acromioclavicular arthritis or pain is arthroscopic acromioclavicular debridement or excision.
