Hi Doctors,
I have a baby boy of age 1 month. We feel that he suffers from congestion during morning time. Not sure if it's due to ac. May I please know what is the Suitable ac temperature for infant (age 1 month). We currently run our ac at 29-30 degree Celsius (during night).
Please confirm.

This is normal room temperature ,not to worry .if congestion, put nasoclear nasal drops 1 to 2 drops in both nostrils .that helps .if persistent ,call dr
It's ok this temperature
25-28 degrees for the ac
Make sure u use proped up position for the baby while sleeping
Also use nasoclear nasal drops as and when needed
25 to 26 should be ok keep a timer so that once the comfortable temperature is reached it goes off
He he has nasal congestion you can put nasoclear nasal drops
Temperature of ac should be between 24 to 26
Depends on your comfort
Congestion in one month in the morning may be due to accumulation of secretions at night
Consult if he has cough or cold
Hi.
Most newborns have nose block, use saline nasal drops and then clean the nose if noisy breathing.
This noisy breathing would be there for 3-5 months.
There is no ideal AC temperature, but see to that baby’s hand and feet are not chill/ blue.
Thank you for your question, your Ac temperature is perfectly fine it should 26-30 degree C. There must be some other reason for congestion , better you come for office consultation
