I just wanted to know the accuracy of home pregnancy test kit if test is done after 10 days missed periods
And accuracy of beta hcg test.and best time for beta hcg test

Beta HCG is accurate as it measures the HCG quantitatively.so do it.its very sensitive also and it detects pregnancy even before missed period

Urine pregnancy test: It shows Urine concentration of Beta HCG hormone, which may vary with the Time of urine collection, Quality of test kit and Concentration of HCG in urine.
Serum Beta HCG: Which is confirmatory test for pregnancy. It is blood concentration of Beta HCG hormone and doesnt affect by above factors. (100% Confirmatory)

Urine pregnacy test are around 90% correct if done with morning first urine.
