Achilis tendinopathy not healing since 3 months took physio therapy sessions as well as using cushion. horrible pain while walking

Go for USG examination to check any further inflammation and involvement of RC bursa, offload your calf’s by soft tissue work by a Physio, stretches,put heel insoles and Icing

The tendon has to relax completely. Complete relaxation can happen only in alpha rhythm of cell vibration.. Go for advanced physiotherapy. Matrix rhythm therapy. Followed by the rest of the  exercises.. I hope this is helpful

The foremost thing is to learn to relax. Relaxation now a days has to be practiced. Relaxation activates the core. Loosen up your shoulders, your tummy. Breath out-tummy in-breath in-tummy out. This has to be done intermittently throughout the day. Rest is physiotherapy. If you're not satisfied with the current physio, consult another. A sense of connection is needed for healing to occur.
