Aching body and vomiting.

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have been suffering from a constant pain in my back and a vomiting feeling every time. I can't really eat anything. Feeling week and dizzy. I always feel like throwing up whatever I eat. Dizziness has crept in from this morning. While the back and vomiting was in place for the last two days.
