Aching in lower abdomen, close to pelvic

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been having a aching pain in my lower abdomen, close to what feels like my pelvis area. I had a UTI a few weeks ago and I am wondering if it didn't clear up all the way and is now causing me this pain. My pee has also been a kind of orange shade, but not constantly. Sometimes the pain in my abdomen is just a tickle and other times it is very uncomfortable.
