I have sever acidity since 1 year. unable to eat as it result in acidity and gas

Hello.Would recommend eating less oily/spicy food.
To get evaluated in view of gastritis and take antacids such as pantoprazole 40mg is suggested.
Next Steps
Upper G I endoscopy if not done previously.
