Acidity throat pain
I was having gerd grade A erosion had helicobater pylori infection. I took treatment for two weeks. Now i am having dry cough and throat pain, throat is become red in colour, i have no heart burn or stomach burn. I have dry cough which is more when i lie down.

This seems to be LPR.i.e.laryngopharyngeal reflux. I would like you to take tab rabeprazole 20 mg once in morning before breakfast for 14 days. Syp gaviscon 2 tsf thrice a day ..7 days.

I hope you haven’t traveled abroad recently or weren’t on cotavt with corona positive patient. You may be having throat infection which is causing pain & cough. You meed to take medication as prescribed.

Tab Advent 625 mg 12th hourly for 5days. Tab Dolo 650 mg 12th hourly for 3 days Betadine gargle two times daily after food(Betadine to be diluted with water in 1:1dution) Tab Razo 20 mg once daily half an hour before breakfast for 7days Syp zedex 10 ml 8th hourly for 7 days
