Acidity trouble
Taking milk in the early.morning can cause acidity? If yes then how can we avoid them. I am a female with 4ft 11inch height with 45 kg weight suffering acidity problem most of the time

Get ur allergy profile test... Maybe u r allergic to milk.... Dat can cause sever acidity....if ur allergy profile shows allergy to milk den u shud avoid milk and milk products for d rest of ur life....

Early morning milk does not cause acidity.. Change your lifestyle Avoid spicy food,reduce tea intake especially on empty stomach, have food on time,eat dinner 2 hrs prior to sleep,drink water 20min after taking food (not immediately or during food)
