Acities in peritoneum and omental thicke
Bloating in stomach ,short breath,abdominal pain in CT it shown omental thickening and acetic fluid ..Then we did acetic fluid study and there is no malignancy and 99% lymphocytes content and protien 6.2 then doc said it may due to peritoneal tb so he started medicine with akt4 and after 1 month the acities become normal and the thickening percists

Response in ascites may be suggestive of response to AKT4. Please share the CAT report for further advise
