Hi. Many times grade 2 tear is a mri finding which can vary with clinical findings. Most important is the clinical symptoms if you have instability symptoms while you are turning while running or buckling of knee. If yes then your knee is actually coming out and ur acl Ligament is not working. I hope you understand. If you don't have any symptoms then it can be treated with physiotherapy and rehabilitation
