ACL Injuries
Ma'am grade of my ligament tears is Grade 1 in 3 ligaments & Meniscus. 5 months ago I got my right knee twisted while firing crackers. 4 months ago I took MRI and it says 3 ACL tears (Grade - I) . Doctor suggested me to to take complete rest for minimus 2 months, but i did not take seriously. i have been walking. Now i am feeling that not able

If you have instability, that might be due to the ACL issue If you have locking or pain that might be sure to a meniscal tear.
Next Steps
If you are having problems with your knee then you may need a arthroscopic surgery considering your are just 35.
Health Tips
If you do not have any problems,then you can ignore MRI reports.

Dear sir,      As you have followed everything correctly till consulting your doctor and taking MRI and it shows grade 1 ACL tear , after that you did not follow the advice.   Rest , wearing knee brace , ice packs and physiotherapy treatment should be done, but since you have not followed there might be chances of the ACL tear getting worse.       Acl injuries have to cared seriously and cannot let loose like other common injury.
Next Steps
go to your orthopedician, he will be able to diagnose the stability of your knee . please follow his advice and physiotherapy. mild stretches and knee strengthening exercises

You need to be examined by an orthopaedic surgeon to see clinically if you have any instability .
Next Steps
If instability present and if you are an active person keen in sports then I would recommend surgical treatment .
