ACL KNEE INJURY
I had a knee injury while playing football 4 years back. Then I undergone an MRI scan and the report says 100% ACL tear + posterior horn medial meniscus tear on right knee. But I didnt undergone surgery yet.Now I have some pain in my both knee even though injury occurs to right knee only. Do i have any solution apart from surgery.

Have you tried running or playing football?? Apart from pain, if you have symptoms such as locking or instability then you can get ACL reconstruction done . Else if you are away from sports, then you can perform exercises , that can help reduce pain.
