There are group of exercises which you should do in 7 or 10 days interval.like first 7 days quadriceps drill exercise to reduce the swelling, ankle pump exercise, R.O.M exercise.
After 10 days another set of exercise.it will be better if you visit a physio.dont do anything without proper supervision.
