Acl surgery post ops
I had done a ACL surgery, hamstring graft a year back. Now I can run, play & do all sorts of stuff. But, I get a pain at the bottom of the knee when I extend the leg to fullest. And my hamstring and calf muscle s haven't grown back to the fullest. Need advice on the same

You need some some stretching as well as strengthening exercises of these muscles. And some modality based treatment to decrease the inflammation and pain at the bottom of the knee.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +use knee cap.
