Dear patient ,
Yes u may need surgery as u are young i.e.
but that will be only decided after clinical examition because sometime MRI report is misleading...
Surhery- Arthroscopy ACL Reconstruction with hamstring (st/gracalis) Autograft with meniscus repair/partial meniscectomy....
with meticulous preoperarive knee Rehabilation programme ..
