Be careful for reinjury. Aging can't be stopped & so osteoarthritis. Lead a normal active balanced life. Do exercises regularly.

ACL rerupture after ACL reconstruction quoted figures are from 6 to 19% . Many factors govern the rerupture including activities ,familial, genetic and technique matters. For the immediate future plz be positive and do your rehab and don't think of adverse factors.. All I can say is Be careful with your physical activities and sports activities avoiding pivoting movements of your knee and enjoy your work and life

Please concentrate on the positive side of things.  The chances of rupture are much lower and the chances of success higher.  So concentrate on the rehabilitation. Avoid extreme strenuous activity and contact sports.
