ACL TEAR Partial thickness
Partial thickness tear of ACL at its femoral attachment. Grade 1tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Grade 1 strain of medial collateral ligament. Minimal knee joint effusion. The above is my MRI detail so need help regarding my query whether it should be operate r not.
