Hi. ACL once torn completely doesn't heal by any means. It's proven by various studies. The question here is what are your expectations. Do you want to run, do sports activities or not. If the answer to it is yes then consider acl reconstruction. See eventually you will have pain but you don't to wait till that time because it will be too late as there will be cartilage damage which is irreversible. I feel sorry when I see this damage when I am operating young patients as I cannot do anything. Please think wisely and get yourself treated. Take care dear

Should get it examined my a orthro surgeon.. if ACL is torned then should go for surgery.. dont delay more than 3months.. as it will lead to early wear n tear of joint...

If no clinical problems, you can continue with physio , later on can think for surgery
