Acne & Acne scars
Regular acne on face and dark spots. Tried all most everything but couldn't find any result. Acne on forehead , cheeks and chin. Smaller in size but more than 20 acne. These Acne doesn't leave marks but some which have pus in that leaves dark brown spots.

Treatment depends upon the severity of acne. Only creams won't help in your case.
Persistent Acne indicate hormonal changes. Need to treat accordingly.
