Acne and backne problem
I have a acne problem and a very major back acne problem. Every 2nd day there is an acne appears on my back and it left black spots and now there are too many dark spots. Kindly help and suggest what to do.

Hello dear. Truncal acne is common in males especially if you are consuming WHEY protein.
It can leave dark pigmented spots which can be reduced by some lotions or peels.
