  4. Acne and marks on back. Should i do?

Acne and marks on back
I have acne on my back and their marks as well. I don't know the reason. I have tried homeopathic medication and allopathic as well but nothing changes. What should I do ?

Probably it's  Seborrheic dermatitis.. send photos for proper diagnosis and treatment
