Acne&its scars&hairfall
25 yr old female with normal periods and normal thyroid profile,I am having heavy hair fall for the last 2 years specially on the front and lateral sides and along the midline of hair.am having dandruff with some granules at the roots of hair follicles.i am having an oily skinand continue to experience acne and its scars on my cheek bones,forehead and area around mouth. am having lots of black heads and experience 3-4 whiteheads a day.used folliserum as given by doctor for hairfall but of no use

Acne along with hairfall means there may be some hormonal cause for this like pcid which is polycytic ovaries disease. This needs to be checked. The hairfall is called female pattern baldness and will continue and may get severe if not treated.
