Small acne like bumps on back. Is that for using tight underwear?? Can anyone solve my problem and suggest cream?

So sometimes acne on back can happen cause of tight clothes and also because of oil production from the glands .
Avoid wearing tight clothes
Next Steps
Apply benzoyl peroxide 5 percent on it at night on the entire back
