Don't worry... specific medicine required depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

It is not necessary to have cyst in ovary to get acne, majority of the acne happens independent of this. And with treatment it can reduce permanently. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment

Acne can be due to hormonal issues leading to extra oil secretion. This blocks pores and then infection occurs. In addition to a healthy lifestyle, the correct treatment helps take care of this issue.

Hello you seem to have a more severe form of acne. You will need oral medications and stronger creams. This worsening could be due to hormonal reasons. Please consult privately for further treatment.
