Acne on face
Mine is an oily skin, earlier I used have issues with acne , but a few years it got subsided. Two years ago I got a pimple on my right cheek( beside nose), which hasn't cured since. Apart frm dat I don't have any other issues with my face. I have been consulting dermatologists , since the problem cropped up, used lots of medications/antibiotics ( both oral and ointments) in the past two years, but the problem temporarily subsides and again crops up. Though the acne looks superficial , at times it swells and looks awkward. One Dermatologist I recently met stated that it is closed comodone/cyst and requires a surgery to be completely removed, and then it leaves a scar. Please render a permanent solution for my problem.

Thanks for the query.Need to confirm the diagnosis before starting any treatment. Usually acne is more common in adolscent age group.Acne at your age needs detailed investigation which includes hormonal profile and USG abdomen to rule out any pcod. Uploading Image could have been better to confirm regarding acne nodule or cyst. You said that acne again recurred after 2 years..did u use any topical medication in between two years ? As yours is oily skin ,u r more prone foe acnr relapses so u musg be on maintainance therapy even aftr ur acne goy cleared.
Next Steps
Avoid self medications.Use retinoid and benzoyl peroxoide gel for maintainace therapy.
