Acne on my face
I have been facing the issue of acne for several days . It's goes and comes back again. I have already avoided junk food and using brnzyol peroxide face wash and salicylic acid based face wash and also apply alo vera gel. But still it comes again n again and leaves mark on my face. I have attached acne photo. Please check and give me a powerful medication who can get rid of this problem.

Acne is due to blockage of sweat oily glands .
Secondly due to hormonal changes at youg age.
