Acne on the face
I've been experiencing acne on my face for the past two months. I never really had this problem. They appear for a few days in clusters and then they disappear and reappear. Please help regarding the causes and what can be done to prevent it.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Acne can be due to hormonal changes, stress, lack of sleep,eating oily, dairy products and chocolates as these products are high in glycemic index and can stimulate excessive oil secretion,clean ups and facials and usung wrikg cosmetics.assessing the cause is important for proper treatment.send me pictures and consult me online for further treatment
