I use retino-a 0.025% and clindoxyl gel for my chronic mild acne. It helps me get rid of the acne but leaves behind pigmentations. I would like to know if there is any OTC cream to help improve my pigmented skin mostly on cheeks and forehead.

Hello,
Sir without seeing proper pictures of your skin and knowing a detailed history, OTC anti-pigmentation creams can do more harm than good.
I can recommend home remedies but they are slow and it may not go away completely.
Take very little yogurt and put turmeric in that and just on dark spots you could apply this. Don't let it spread to other non spot areas. :)

Hello. Picking at pimples and sunexposure leave behind pigmentation. You can use glycolic acid based creams to reduce pigmentation. Regular use of sunscreen is also very important. Sharing photos can help in better assessment.
