Acne problem
I have been taking systroin 20 for acne. After 4-5 days of taking the medicine, my whole face is burning, even i can see more acnes coming out. Dryness around lips is expected behaviour but i am facing far more problems like burning, itching, darker face complexion and more acnes. Please help.
