Acne scar and skin glow
Pls advise best remedy to clear off scars on cheeks from acne.
I have problem where my hair have started greying.
I find few greys in my beard as well.
Pls advise course for reversing and stopping that as well

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Acne
It's mainly due to many reason… most of of the time it is due to hormonal changes… and some drugs are not prescribed under certain circumstances so first of all discuss the problem in detail and send me ur pics so that I can access ur severity of acne.. and it's scars
Avoid oily foods
Clean ur face many times
Don't prik acne by finger don't even touch it.

Some life style and dietary modification will also help
And do not do self medication
