Acne scars
I have been frequently getting tiny acne on cheeks which immediately results in scars though I don't even touch them.. What's the main cause for it? Mine is normal to dry skin.. I take care of my skin quite well.. Should I apply nilac gel once immediately I get the acne Or leave it as is.. Please let me know

Since how long your getting acne? Are they leaving scars or just pigmented marks? It’s important to find out the reason behind acne. Most of the times it’s related to hormonal issues. Depends on grade of acne treatment is decided which will help you for long term.
Next Steps
Apply Clindac Gel on acne lesions at night, it will help to subside it but that’s not a permanent solution.
Health Tips
Wash your face 2-3 times a day with gentle cleanser. Use sunscreen even if indoor with spf not less than 50.
