I have been frequently getting tiny acne on cheeks which immediately results in scars though I don't even touch them.. What's the main cause for it? Mine is normal to dry skin.. I take care of my skin quite well.. Should I apply nilac gel once immediately I get the acne Or leave it as is.. Please let me know
