Its not of use...Undergo laser RF fraxel resurfacing treatment therapy.. Otherwise, few creams also available.. contact me by direct online consultation for treatment.
When you mention about the scars do you mean the dark marks OR the depressions in the skin surface which occur when big acne pimples heal. For the treatment of the pigmentation marks creams can be used. For the treatment of the depressed scars procedures are required to get an improvement. There are options like hyaluronic acid filler or subdermal fat transplant which can be done for the holes if they are slightly bigger. But the very tiny depressed scars would require either laser treatment or micro needling. You could consider doing CO2 laser or Er:Yag laser sessions ; 5-6 sittings to improve the skin texture (upto 60-70% ) over the scar and the result from this will be PERMANENT. For the holes some kind of procedural intervention definitely be needed. I practice in mumbai itself. You can meet me and get it properly assessed if you wish. A direct consultation would always be preferable to an online consultation.Hope this was helpful.
