Acne since 3 years
I've been dealing with acne for 3 years now. It just refuses to go away. I've been drinking enough water . I had earlier cut down on junk food as well. Nothing seems to work. I really want to know what's the root cause of acne in me. It effects my confidence levels immensely.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne is usually because of oil gland overactivity and subsequent infection by skin bacterium.Since you are still in oily age group acne keeps coming on and off. It can lead to scarring if not managed promptly. So go for treatments which will solve your acne problem completly.
