I am facing issues of acne spots. I have dark spots on my forehead and due to sun exposure since college time as I was a sports man I skin got tan which looks ugly.. Can I get rid of black spots and uevn skin tone??

Hi there...The tanning would most likely be due to increased exposure to sunlight. But you must also consider that there are several skin diseases which can pigmentation on the face. Also the use of steroid creams also can cause pigmentation over the face. Hence it best you consult a dermatologist. For now use a sunscreen like suncote gel morning and afternoon. And a face wash like ahaglow-s or spongysal face wash for oily skin. Wash your face regularly at least 2-3 times per day...

Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure
Increase intake of water & citrus fruits .
