Hi, I was having Acne but now its more developing , and now having facial hair problem too with uneven skin tone, the area near chin are so dark

Acne and fascial hair can be a sign of hormonal disturbance. This is called polycystic ovarian disease. I'd your periods are irregular, a complete hormonal.profile and USG needs to be done.
