Hello i have acnr issue around my nose from past 5 year they come nd go i had medication but it doesn't work they appear tym to tym plz suggest

Hi. Acne can be a recurrent problem and you need to identify the specific triggers in you. Could be stress/ pollution/ food habits/ etc. You'll need maintenance treatment with retinoids. Also a salicylic acid based face wash. Kindly send in pictures of your skin lesions on private follow up chat or see a dermatologist in your city. Hope this helps. Warm regards
