Acnes on forehead
There are so many acne on my forehead. This may be because of my work type. I am working outdoors for some time and rest in office. So constant exposure to cold and hot.

Usually the acne on forehead appears because of environmental stress as you mentioned, but the reason could be your hair/ hair products. Try to refrain from using anything heavy duty on your hair that may transfer on to your forehead. Also use sun protection
